We use simple Coaching models and the latest ‘mental toughness’  performance coaching tools to identify coaching goals and build a tailored action plan for achievement.

Our Coaching process consists of:

  • A Coaching contract with the person being coached outlining roles and responsibilities
  • Use of performance management tools to encourage the coachee to reflect on their learning opportunities
  • A comprehensive process enabling the coachee to consider what they want to achieve and what may be holding them back
  • Strategies for dealing with these
  • An action plan for improved performance

Obviously each individual is different and it’s not a case of one size fits all.
