We believe strongly in protecting users’ privacy. We will not provide any of the personal information you give us to any third party. Any information submitted to celticHR via this website is held under the Data Protection Act 1998.

10.1 We, celticHR Ltd, are publishers of template employment documentation including policies, procedures, templates, forms, letters and job aids, we are not in any way providing employment advice, legal services or giving any professional HR opinion.

10.2 Each of the documents available on our website is sold on the basis that you obtain appropriate HR or legal advice before using it and that you adapt it in order to meet your particular requirements (of which we do not, of course, have any knowledge).
