Celtic HR came recommended to assist with a delicate HR matter in which we lacked the internal expertise to deal with it effectively.  Hayley’s handling of this particular situation opened our eyes to the value a more sophisticated HR approach would bring to our growing SME.  Hayley has since become an integral part of our approach to planning people development and wellbeing, as well as being on-hand to assist with sensitive situations as when they arise
